Parking Spot Information: 

Tailgating parking spots are on a first come first serve basis and are not reserved.
You are welcome to purchase as many parking spots as you want for your party's size.

Can I bring An EZ Up Tent? 

Yes, you are welcome to bring a pop-up style tent for the event. 
Please be mindful that space is limited, and to guarantee a spot for your tent, we suggest purchasing an additional parking spot. 
Please ensure you also have the appropriate restraints for your tent on the day of the event. 

Are Generators Allowed? 

Yes, generators will be allowed. If you are planning to utilize one during the event, we will ask you to park next 
to the small parking lot off the side entrance to the gym along Sunnyside Ave. 
Spots will be limited so please plan to arrive early. 

How Much Does It Cost?

A tailgate parking spot costs $50 and covers 4 attendees. If you would like to become a sponsor or enjoy 
the outdoor beer garden, please head over to our registration page to view additional sponsorship information.

What Can I Bring? 
You are welcome to bring whatever you would normally bring to a tailgate event. 
Please refrain from bringing charcoal grills/hot coals and turkey fryers - these are not appropriate for our event. 
We encourage you to bring a friend or neighbor as this will be a great event for all!

Can I Grill During The Tailgate?

Yes, as long as you are using a gas grill only. Charcoal grills are prohibited. 

Will We Still Be Watching The Game Inside The gym?

For safety reasons, we will not be watching the game inside the gym. 
However, we will have a speaker system set up to broadcast the audio of the game to the parking lot. 
New this year is our very own beer garden where tickets can be purchased for a VIP Viewing Experience!

SJB Tailgate Beer Garden:

This year we will be setting up our first SJB Tailgate Beer Garden!  This area will be under a tent and includes a VIP Viewing Experience and craft beer brewed by SJB’s own Silver Family. The VIP Viewing Experience includes two 70-inch HDTV televisions on 6 ft. stands and high-top tables to relax and watch the big game. Tickets available to purchase for $20 per person. Please note, this area is 21 and over please.

Are Children Welcome?

Absolutely and encouraged! This is a great event for the entire family. Please be mindful of COVID Protocols below. 

I’m New To SJB. Can I Still Participate?

Absolutely and encouraged!  This is one of SJB’s signature events and a great way to meet new families.

COVID Protocols:

While the event is being held outside, you do not need to wear a mask in outdoor settings per current CDC guidelines. 
We encourage all attendees to continue to practice safe, social habits during these unique times. The school gym will be open for restroom access. 
Please be aware that if entering the school and gym, you will be required to wear a mask while entering and while inside, regardless of vaccination status. Please refer to the posted signage on the entrance doors for more information.
